I'm not going to even try to update since the last post. I can't believe it's been six weeks since my last post. Things have just been a little crazy around here. I started orienting to Labor and Delivery (L&D) six weeks ago and that requires working full time days for six weeks and nites for 4-5wks. So there is where all my time I has went. Really loving it though.
So hope everyone had a great thanksgiving. We spent the whole day at Lena's with his and my family. That was great that the whole family was together in one house. Made for an interesting afternoon though. His brother Tana was giving me a hard time that day and he decided to get me with Cool Whip in the face!! The stinker, don't worry though I GOT HIM BACK!! We played games that afternoon and had a great time with Mennonite Manners! (Luckily no skirts were torn this time.) Love that game!!
Lil Miss Taryn enjoyed her 1ST Thanksgiving as well, all though she still is not really interested in any table food besides mashed potatoes, gravy and sometimes dessert. Her Great Aunt Dort taught her to stick her paci in the jello salad and that led to an outfit change. She really thought that was cool. She continues to be fascinated with her cousin McKenah. Grandma had them both the other day and Taryn couldn't get to where McKenah was and she just kept crying "Awww baby, Aww baby. " She just wants to hug and kiss on her. Soooo sweet.
Then on Friday, Lena came to our house at 3:45 am so we could join in the black friday shopping. I get excited every year about going and then when I'm there I think. "this is crazy, why am I even here." then 365 days go by and i'm ready to do it all again. We did have a great time shopping and were done by 10:00am. So we came home and Jacob, Taryn, and I all crashed and took almost a 2 hr. nap. There was one thing I still had to get from ToyRus and I just ordered that online. Now that was The Way to go. I love online shopping!!!
Well everyone is still sleeping here yet, so I better get some things done before everyone is up. We have another busy day today. All the Graber's are getting together tonite at the gym and that is quite the crew.

Ok Chelsa, i will explain but you might have to ask Brittany to explain it too you to. You get as many people as you can gather around one table. Each person has a piece of paper and there is only one pen in the center of the table. You take turns rolling the dice and whoever rolls a one or six gets to grab the pen and start writing your #s 1-100. While everyone else is rolling the dice trying to get a six or a one. When they do they grab the pen from you. Then when you finally get it back you just pick up where you left off. I played this with Jacob's uncles and cousins, (all men) and they wouldn't give me the pen so I jsut jumped on the table to get it. I'm a little too competitive sometimes :) But Brittanys dad tim fell outta his chair playing. It really is a LOT of fun. Try it sometime and let me know what you think.
